Having someone close to you be very ill is one of everyone’s nightmares. A few years ago my uncle was diagnosed with cancer and I witnessed how it threw everyone’s world around. Having Wendy guide and advice us was such a huge blessing. Besides all her knowledge, suggestions and experience her presence was an incredible support for everyone. I can’t even imagine what it would have been like without her advice & support. I wish everyone could have such support, though I know that there are only a few very fortunate people who receive it. Since this all happened I’ve been attending medical school, and looking back now, I can appreciate even more what she meant to us, and I am even more thankful that she was available for all of us during that time.
